Have always been pleased with treatment at this location. Entire staff is pleasant and friendly.
Do the people that answer the phones ever listen to what you say. Im going with no. Asked to speak to an orthopedic nurse , I get a labor and delivery nurse. Do we see a problem.
Excellent family medical practice. Staff are first rate and very caring. Joy Bumgardner is an outstanding FNP. I have been a patient at this practice for 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Their patient portal is also excellent! Easy to use and messages are always answered in a timely fashion.
