The urgent care is useless. My husband has visited twice and was sent to the ER both times. The first time he was dehydrated, Atrium urgent care told him he was having a heart attack. The second time he was having a diverticulitis flare up, Atrium told him it was a possible perforation and would require surgery. Needless to say we will not return even for a cold, what a waste of a healthcare provider.
I was looking for an office to transition my 17 yr old over to from her pediatricians office. Since she is a young woman we wanted someone she felt comfortable with, especially as she enters into becoming a woman. TERRIBLE experience from the time we arrived, the visit just all of it. First, the woman who checked us in literally mispronounced her name the entire 45 minutes it took. They know what they are doing and get there job done
I came in for the first time around 8am I came for the urgent care side, they don’t open until 10 but I was greeted warmly and informed of the time. They were able to advise me with very detailed instructions. I got checked in and waited and they got me in very quickly and close to 10. They were able to get all my information quickly and with ease. They addressed the issues I had going on in great depth. Explored all avenues to come out to a reasonable resolution quickly.
