I give 1 star for Ilya Alishayev, I have had multiple bad experiences with this person. Here recently I felt conned out of money because he clearly didnt care for my well being. I had to go out of town for a funeral and scheduled a video visit because I needed antibiotics, i was seen about a week prior by a different dr and was given steroids to get better.
