I came in for the first time around 8am I came for the urgent care side, they don’t open until 10 but I was greeted warmly and informed of the time. They were able to advise me with very detailed instructions. I got checked in and waited and they got me in very quickly and close to 10. They were able to get all my information quickly and with ease. They addressed the issues I had going on in great depth. Explored all avenues to come out to a reasonable resolution quickly. I'm extremely frustrated with the billing practices at this facility. My original wellness exam was 10/07/24 and I notified atrium of a billing issue right away. I've been going back and forth with the provider and my insurance for months with calls, voicemails, and portal messages. I decided to submit a formal customer care complaint on 3/14/25. Today is 4/2/25 and I received notice my bill has been sent for collection. Sending a bill to collections while a formal dispute is still pending is unacceptable and highlights the ... read more
The best urgent care experience of my life! The office is so nice and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and my visit was so fast! I came prepared to sit and wait for a while but got seen within 5 minutes and was out the door in 10. Amazing. 10 stars!
We have been to the UC a few times for different needs and wait times have fluctuated obviously. Both my children will only go here when we need an emergency sick visit because the nurses here are gentle with them!
