I have utilized this facility quite often getting blood work done and have seen a provider on a couple of occasions. Have always been pleasantly surprised on how kind everyone was from front door to back kind and thoughtful and knowledgeable!!! Great outfit we are lucky to have them where they are! Great idea whoever facilitated this move!
You need to be aware of Atrium Billing practices! Atrium is still billing some services (lab work, imaging) as Wake Forest.. if your insurance company has an agreement with Atrium it may be billing you as Out Of Network for these procedures. They have ignored my attempts to resolve my situation for a year, are presently ignoring the North Carolina Attorney General. The sad part is this has nothing to do with health care and has caused me to change providers in 2025!
Excellent staff. We have been patients since One Health has been established. Both appointment and urgent care departments are so thorough, professional, and compassionate with optimal staff! BEST KEPT SECRET WITH BEST CARE!
I have been here twice and have gotten excellent care. They knew just what to do for me. We’re lucky to have this facility here in Rural Hall!
