Long wait times due to staff calling patients out of order .Very unpleasant front desk staff,unorganized facility,My family has tried this place 3times and each experiences is worse. No X-ray technicians even after calling ahead to confirm. Staff has caused billing issues for my wife not adding our insurance and the practice manager does not return calls. This place is horrible to the rural hall community.
We had a very good experience here getting a sports physical.
