Why travel miles when you have such caring, knowledgeable and efficient people here! I truly feel like I am in a partnership in my healthcare with my provider and staff at Norwood Family Medicine.
Right off the bat, the receptionists were friendly and efficient. The nurses and nurse practitioner I interacted with were friendly, professional and informative. What I really liked about it all was the vibe and how everyone interacted amongst themselves as well as with me. I got in within 10 min. But that’s because I got lucky. Place looks clean.
Let's start with the ladies up front, they are kind courteous and professional. Boom checked in! Next the nurse is pretty quick getting me in to check vitals and updating my chart. Boom she is out! Now my PCP comes in asking me what's up? Straight to the point but makes me feel at ease concerning my health issue. Usually I'm just in for a health checkup and blood work.
