We first were thrilled because we were in and out in less than 35 min. Dr and nurse not unpleaseant. I was shocked when we received the bill of over $400, after insurance. $75 JUST to give a shot. I immediatly called billing dept. He informed me after I told him a 35 min, visit should not equal over $400. that the rule is you must be there a minimum of 45 min. which we weren't. BEWARE!!! Don't visit this urgent care!!! I went there with a chest cold I just couldn't seem to get rid of. The nurse kept asking if I felt pressure in my chest, I told her some tightness, she then asked is it like an elephant sitting on your chest? No I replied, just tightness. She explained how I did not know how to explain my discomfort so they decided to do an EKG. 5 minutes later an ambulance is there rushing to me telling me I am having a heart attack. I have had a bad experience with a very rude nurse over my daughters care. So I was skeptical to try a practice like this ever again. This place has now changed my view on urgent care locations. They have bent over backwards to take care of my son. I would say above and beyond what was necessary. Because of them, I have changed my view on this type of healthcare. If you need urgent care this is the place to go for great treatment.
