The staff was very friendly.
I would give a zero if I could . Waited 2 months on someone to call me to schedule an appt. First they didnt get a referral , then the referral didnt have clinical notes with it , then after getting all that they refused the referral because the other dr didnt put enough notes to support the diagnosis. Why would another specialist diagnosis. The other dr did 2 mri and ruled out spinal issues. How can a dr deny you and they have never seen you to even discuss symtoms ? It took me two months to get an appointment. When I finally did get in to have a consult they were so busy that I was the only patient in the waiting room. I never saw another patient while there. While this was a consult and I didn’t except an answer I did except a doctor willing to stand beside me and work to figure out what the issue is. Instead I was told that they would do some bloodwork but I’m doing better so “let’s just treat the symptoms” and they would see me in six months.
