This place sucks waited 3 months for an appointment and then they cancelled on me because of their mess up and now I have to wait another 3 months.
No interaction once walking in to check in. Rude front desk assistants. Nasty attitudes from check out staff. Having a conversation with another worker in the hallway and another staff member butting in with their nasty attitude and comments. The rudeness from whether or not you scheduled with the office itself or the call center. Also if your 10 mins late they will reschedule you but will not inform you of this when you make the appt
Unfortunately I had a poor interaction with front staff. It’s unclear why I would complete medical paperwork online prior to the appointment and be required to arrive an hour early to fill out the same paperwork (of which I was never informed to do). I did receive a text message saying to arrive 15 minutes early to my appointment as a new patient—so either the front staff needs to communicate correctly to patients (and actually call them prior to their appointments to be an hour early) or the text reminders are incorrect.
