I cant say enough about this facility. When I walked through the door everyone was smiling and very professional. They make you feel comfortable and really show true compassion. It is truly authentic compassion and I felt just that my entire tenure. I was not rushed and was added to the schedule same day! I was not pressured for money and was told that all we needed was a peer to peer. They did the procedure before it was approved to ensure I got the care I needed no questions asked. I so love this office! The care and concern is top notch. I never look forward to my annual breast exam but Fran and Staci sure help to ease my mind and make it so much better! Plus they get my results back so fast. Thank you all! ❤️
Very professional
First I would like to say that the employees that work here are very nice. The first procedure was an ultrasound, after receiving results it was determined that a CT was necessary. I thought the CT went smoothly and I requested that the results be forwarded onto my new oncologist office. When I went in for my doctors appointment, the doctor said the results received from Atrium Health was for the WRONG side of the area that was scanned. My insurance plan has a $400 deductible before they begin to cover costs. Cowles Clinic insisted on collecting this deductible prior to Dr. Cowles performing my medical procedure. My bill from previous visits have all been paid in full. I don’t receive a paycheck until after I go to work and earn it. Then I get paid. I don’t understand why Dr. Cowles and his clinic are any different. My insurance company isn’t going to pay him before he does the procedure. Why should I? Thanks anyway.
