The doctor was excellent — attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the scheduling policy. I had three minor concerns I hoped to discuss, but the nurse curtly informed me that only one issue could be addressed per appointment. To cover all three, I’d have to book separate visits. This approach seems focused on maximizing insurance reimbursement rather than patient convenience, which feels inefficient and frustrating.
