They brought me to this hospital in a ambulance my sugar was low, my blood pressure was high & I had had a seizure & they put me in the lobby & told me I had to wait for a room

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Took 2 hours to get my son seen, he had 105 fever. Stayed all night, they stuck my son 10 times before they could put in an IV, I wish I was exaggerating. Dr Joshua Shirley was extremely rude and handled my son VERY rough. I was so angry but they sent us home even though my son was extremely sick and couldn’t walk, eat, or drink. I had to take him to Levines Children’s Hospital 2 days later and he was diagnosed with MISC. thank God I didn’t go back to this hospital or my son would probably be dead... read more

they charged me 850 dollars to have some warts frozen off (which didn’t even work by the way)???? i literally wasn’t even told there would be a charge at all for this, let alone a 850 dollar one. if they had told me that, i would have just gone to walgreens to try another freeze kit myself. this is insane. and then another thousand dollars for blood work??? maybe this is just a reflection of the country as a whole but do not seek medical care here. you are better off going to walgreens and figuring out how to cure yourself

They decided to send me to collections for $23. My son was a newborn and got his jaundice test, didn’t have insurance yet as he was not even a week old. They received his insurances when we got them, we were told they were filed. Received a bill from a debt collector for $23 stating they never filed our insurance. Sick
