Dr.Hodges has been great, he was able to get testing done for a problem that we had previous information on. This was a major find leading to spine surgery and fixing a problem before it became a very big deal. Every appt is quick and easy. Office staff is helpful. Overall very pleased that he is able to come to hickory so we don’t have to drive to Winston for him like we do everyone else!
Poor service. They booked an appointment that they were unable to honor and made no attempt to correct their error. My complaint is that as a parent we work extremely hard to arrange for our kids to attend appointments and it’s very unfair that they perceive their time as more valuable.
