Beautiful clean building, friendly staff. I did not have to wait past my appointment time. Doctor was great.
Although the staff were all nice, I felt there was definitely a lack of privacy. And asking someone to undress while people are walking by is a little crazy. I am not overly modest however the women next to me was pretty pissed about it. I don't blame her. Your not feeling well and then you have to put up with this.
Ignored a blood pressure spike from 129/84 to 147/92 in five minutes — the monitor alarm was blaring, they muted it and still recorded only the lower reading. I nearly passed out in the chair, was gasping for air from the pressure surge, severe dizziness — everything was dismissed. No medications, no instructions, no treatment plan. Told “everything is normal, you’re healthy.” On paper they wrote only “shortness of breath with dizziness,” acted like nothing was wrong. I still feel unsafe.
