I have never had anything but Great experiences at this medical office. Physicians and assistants are very professional and always help when needed.
I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr James Douglas for many years. I go in for a normal check up every 4 months. I had a regular appt on Sept 15, 2025 that needed to be changed. He was over booked so it was moved to Oct 6, 2025. No problem until I had a conflict with another appt. I tried to reschedule thru the scheduler and the next available was 12/2/2025. Not acceptable. Your scheduler system need a lot to be desired. I have responded twice now. Don’t request another response unless you want a worse review.
