We had a wonderful experience here with my almost 4 year old son! After my son got a pretty bad head gash, I really didn’t want to make the drive all the way to the children’s hospital in Chattanooga from Lafayette on a Sunday night. We definitely made a great decision & had the sweetest care staff and nurses! We were also taken care of fairly quickly for how busy they were. We’ll definitely come here again if we ever need emergency care!

Made a phone call to let them know I was on my way for chest pains and nurse Katie was rude to me when I was telling her what was going on so they would be prepared for when I got there. They also think I have a UTI even though I’m hurting in my chest they gave me fluids to help even through I wasnt dehydrated they just wanted me gone so they didn’t have to deal with me anymore I was told when I came Wednesday to come back Friday and I’d get admitted to get a heart catheter and all the Dr said was are you sure about that 🙃 ... read more
I am so grateful for the staff here. My family was in a pretty severe crash and we went here for treatment. Everything from intake, security, the nurses, imaging technician and Dr were all so helpful and accommodating for all of us. I especially appreciate our nurse, Chasity, for how caring she was…she is definitely in the right profession!
