I loved my experience at this er. I didn’t even wait in the waiting room before I was even done checking in a nurse was already waiting to take me back ct took about 2hrs and the reason for only 4 stars is because I NEVER SAW A DOCTOR WHERE IS THE DOCTORS?!?! But I will say there was one nurse in there that was convinced I was only there for pain meds until my ct came back and then her whole attitude changed towards me. Told my son “definitely didn’t have cancer” based off of his bloodwork. We went somewhere else and found a 15 lb tumor in his chest and he had cancer.
Excellent ER, knowledgeable Dr's, and low wait times. This place is brand new and has CT and MRI's on site.
Have been back and forth since 2024. May of 2024 I went in, hurting on my right side, got an ultrasound done, and was told "just a little sludge in the gallbladder." Was also told by Dr. Meloncon "you only want medication." I've never in my life had a history with drugs. After fighting with the pain for a year, I finally found another Dr to look at it again and go through my charts in February 2025. Our first visit was yesterday 5/11/25... My daughter who has Autism jumped off her bed and injured her foot/ankle. I rushed here, and they did everything they could to try to help make her as comfortable as possible, she was very upset as she hates anything to do with Dr offices / medical anything... They never treated us / her like she was a problem even in her meltdowns. They were so kind and so gracious. Thankfully no bones were broken.
