Staff is very helpful and spent less time waiting
This place deserves every bit of criticism it gets. I was a patient here for years before finally giving up on their absolute inability to perform even the most basic tasks, like returning messages or refilling prescriptions on time. The communication from this office is non-existent. If you send a message through the portal, expect to wait days (or weeks) for any kind of response—if they bother to respond at all.
