Booked my newborn 8 weeks vaccines and got them cancelled two hours before his appointment and rescheduled in Dorchester (but not informed, we live in Crossways and have never been to their facilities in Dorchester). We then visited our GP in Crossways and waited 15 minutes to be welcomed by a grumpy receptionist who rudely made us feel it was our fault because it was booked at ‘Atrium, not Crossways’ (but they are both called Atrium?). The system online service you have to use to get appointments etc very difficult to use.
Really good surgery. Can always call and get an emergency appointment if needed and Dr Griffiths is such a caring dr who really listens. Feel very lucky to have a surgery that m able to contact with no problems.
