If it weren’t for Lonnie Phillips, I would still be looking for my car! The hospital complex at 2001 Vail is very confusing. I had an appointment at Surgical Specialists of Charlotte. I parked in the wrong garage across the street from where I was supposed to go. Lonnie was so kind and walked with me to my car. Thank you so much!
Atrium will not provide care for me. They discriminate, and refuse to treat me in the Emergency room. I'm ghosted and dropped. They ignore and refuse to do tedting. I can't get referrals. There isn't any communication. The complaint line doesn't handle complaints properly.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Keoppen and her staff. Their care and compassion they have for my son Howard’s needs are amazing. I am so grateful that God lead me to choose Dr. Keoppen as my sons doctor. Any time I need a response to my messages it comes swiftly and his needs are taken care of. Went in for a preventative visit. When I got my bill in the mail some things were not covered that should have been. I disputed the bill, however they came back and said that everything was right. I wanted to understand why this was the case and what each code represented on my billing and they could not provide an explanation. They have now sent me on a wild goose chase to call multiple numbers, where surprisingly no one else can provide a reason. No transparent pricing here.
