To this day I do not know how one particular receptionist still has her job! So so so rude with a Duhh? attitude. Avoid
Doctors and nurses are fab but the same cannot be said about some of the reception staff!! Just plain rude to be honest with no manners/empathy at all. The telephone manner skills leave a lot to be desired!
I have recently visited the nurse for some blood tests. I was seen within a few days , on time, by a lovely ,professional nurse (Sara). The service I have received from the nurses when my bloods have been required has been excellent. Thank you very much .
Moved from a village that had the most amazing surgery Doctors actually knew you, you could get an appointment or a call never an issue even during the pandemic. Doctors listened and involved you -no wonder they’ve won awards! You could walk in and make an appointment Now I’ve moved into “town” it’s like another world Can’t get an appointment at all, all e-consults which just don’t work if your symptoms don’t fit a tick box.
