This is the facility that does my mammograms, colonoscopies, and my endoscopy. EVERYONE is so kind and helpful. ROCK STARS ALL!
I accompanied my wife to an MRI appointment at 4:30 PM that was scheduled to take about 30 minutes. However, the visit ended up taking nearly two hours. This extended delay was disappointing and felt like a significant waste of time. I hope Atrium Health Cabarrus Imaging can improve scheduling accuracy and patient communication moving forward.
HIRE SOMEONE NEW FOR THE FRONT DESK The woman at the front desk should be fired. My wife and I have been fostering for 6 weeks to two traumatized 8yr old twins. If you could have seen the way this woman interacted with not only my wife but our kid you would have flipped. There’s no compassion, no understanding, if you arrive early she tells you they can’t see you. Thankfully the rest of the staff we interacted with saved the day.
