I'm a doctor. Just fysa. "Doctor" Richter and "Doctor" Gay were horrific to be "patient" to. Unfortunately the post about Dr. Richter from 7 months ago had no tangible bearing on his ability to practice. I recognize they are residents. That was wildly apparent. My question is, where the attendings at? Will be raising this to every available level. Best, Dr. Cassie Hudson also I give ZERO stars which would not allow me to complete this form. Atrium - trained with CMC and Wake - SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON YOU ALL.

I had the unfortunate experience to e abused by a bunch of so called professionals that allowed overcrowding that found me sleeping on the floor with a 80 year old woman right next to me along with 25 others in the same predicament. The hired a high school kid who was watching made so much noise I had to start arguing and scream at him for total disrespect. In my situation I was traumatized by what I went through. As my insurance changed to start the new year I was not notified until four months after my first of several visits that my out of pocket expense for each 20 minute visit would cost over $600/ visit. Atrium wants to blame me by saying it's my responsibility to know whether or not my doctor is covered but to that I respond if you would have billed me even 60 days after my first visit I wouldn't have continued piling up additional visits.
