New patient intake wanted info but also rude and had the never to ask what upset me and also let her know why I said she wasn’t being so nice and nc has failed to help people with mental health she said just have to keep trying everyone has same issue about the whole entire intake have to go back here unfortunately because a lot of places just don’t follow thru with the therapy that they claim they do and here you can’t get trauma based therapy but at least you can get your meds here even if you don’t get therapy that you ne... read more
Probably one of the most unprofessional places I've been . The atmosphere is chaotic . The hallway has become a bedroom , mattresses on the floor- there's no organization whatsoever. They're on their phones and not paying attention to the patients . They could care less.
I had a very Good experience today in the emergency department. Getting back on my meds. The staff was respectful, Kind. And Fast.
