One thing you can always count on with any atrium health billing .. you will always get screwed .. you get bills constantly that are all different even if you wait .. then you get the bill start paying on it through access one they tell you that’s all you owe then you get a separate bill for another thousand and three hundred .. but that’s a separate bill they want you to pay. I positively loved my two in home physical therapists for my back. They were the best I have ever had. I felt like they were my best friends and they really cared about my well being. I'm so sad to see them go because I don't need the therapy anymore. They not only helped me with my back, but they unknowingly helped me with my mental health too. I'll never forget them. Very prompt call backs, very professional in every way. Cared about what I was going thru. Just amazing all around!!
Wonderful customer service. Shout out to Heather who knew her stuff and explained everything on my medical equipment! Before my appointment several others had helped me tremendously as well with my questions by phone. Thank you!
Every person who came to my home was very professional and knowledgeable. My physical health, mental health and emotional health had great improvement from the care I received. I highly recommend Atrium Health at Home.
Very hard to get in touch with someone to schedule an appointment. They want a doctor order for everything. Not a very convenient company.
