Terrible. Friend's father here. Administration doesn't seem to care at all. Don't let your loved ones end up here. They don't seem to care at all about rehabilitation. They just want your money.

We were a vendor also. Paid very slowly, then not at all. Sent to collection for a couple thousand $. They paid some, then we just wrote the rest off.

The staff was great with my mother the month and half she was at Maple Lane in Shawano, WI but after she passed it's been a nightmare. We paid for a partial month until Medicaid was approved. Once it was approved we're told by Medicaid that they would only pay for a full month. So we need to request a refund. Which my sister told them and they should bill Medicaid. I agree with the below review-they do not pay their bills. We service their phones and its immature and extremely unprofessional the lengths they go to to avoid paying for vendor's services. I have left multiple voicemails with no response. May have to drive there in person and finally talk to someone!
