Posting this on behalf of a friend and colleague. This company, and more specifically, Sam deserve the best accolades. My two colleagues, had a HORRENDOUS night with Air Canada leaving them stranded in Toronto, and denying them entry onto their flight to Sudbury (stating their baggage wasn't going to make it, which was a lie). These women were denied a rental car with Hertz due to them not wanting to rent a car they wouldn't get back, and had to get an Uber willing to drive them to Sudbury from Toronto Pearson. Was able to book with about 9 days notice and the service was punctual. I was charged much more than I was quoted and there was a built in gratuity fee of 126$$$!! Driver was unsure of a couple of locations and had to ask the bride for directions! Clean limo but dated.
