I would recommend Atrium Executive Abstract to anybody. They did phenomenal work for us!
I have worked with Lisa and her staff many times. Lisa goes above and beyond on every transaction. She is highly knowledgeable about the business, and on top of each transaction every step of the way. When there are any issues with title (i.e payoff's, judgements, old liens, etc.), her staff takes the steps to help resolve the problem. If you would like to deal with a title company that is super responsive with great customer service, I would recommend contacting Atrium!

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Shannon and Atrium Executive Abstract while selling my house earlier this month. She was outstanding! This is what happened: In the process of selling my house I had to close out a Line of Credit and there was a last minute withdrawal which affected the payoff amount. The bank (which will remain unnamed) took the first payoff amount and the additional which I provided and still showed a balance due despite all funds being deposited.
