I just left this general DDS office that accepts dentical. He tried to pull a bait and switch and charge me out of pocket for a free partial. He also had fraudulent paperwork printed up ahead of time after I spoke to dentical confirming the procedure weeks ago. Not recommended, con artist.
Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience: I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience with Dr. Harry. When I simply asked for some form of authenticity proof to ensure that my veneers would be made from porcelain, as promised, I was met with resistance. Instead of addressing my concerns, he made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable, even though the paperwork clearly stated "resin laminate," which contradicts what I was told.
