So we ordinally started going to Atrium when they first came to bedford and started services.. was OK to start then had a few extraction / crown issues... on the extractions they were never repacked for bone loss and I have since had to spend $15K in restoration services to get an implant and new bridge as they partials they supplied was terrible slipped mal formed etc. I think for general dentistry it might be fine cleanings and such however, if you need more involved work done I would look elsewhere. I have been beyond impressed with the service and care from Atrium dental. I have been to several different dentist some good some bad, but not one of them has ever shown the quality and care I have received from the Dentist and the staff here. Dr. Flynn was very good at explaining things and listening to concerns. Dr Weiss and his assistant did an excellent job on replacing some old fillings and for once I will not dread having to go back to the dentist.
They made me a "same day" digitally created crown for $1700 (that didn't fit and caused major pain), vs. a traditional mold/lab crown that did fit. When I went back for an adjustment, they asked me for more $$$.
After years of putting it off, I had an upper denture done that turned out so natural looking. They put a soft liner in for a better fit while I was healing from the extractions. The liner had a very strong, chemical smell and taste. I asked if there was an alternative to this type of liner. Dr. Weiss said he would explore more types of liners to expand his procedural repertoire. The next visit they put a different type of soft liner in and there was no harsh chemical taste or smell.
