This place is not worth anything. $600 a month for an HOA fee don’t do shit for you have nothing to offer It’s a scam everybody’s becoming rich off of the HOA fees and don’t put any money back into the community
Complex should really invest in elevators and ramp outside since there is quite of people who are disabled and ordering heavy groceries and a lot of stairs inside
