2 elevators not working again. This time, so far, it’s been seven days that only one of the small elevators is working. Everybody, and that includes people moving in and out have around 30 minutes wait time to go up or down. It is affecting the lives of the residents.

If you're going to be in charge of your elderly loved one's finances, please look for a more competent, well-managed complex. My parents' rent and billing have been a complete nightmare every.single.month since July of 2024. Twice my dad has gone into a complete panic after opening his mail to find an incorrect "rent bill" for over $10,000.00.
