The lack of upkeep in these apartments is ridiculous, I live here currently and have been since October 2024. For months I have asked for the outside of my building to be kept up as we are under a huge tree and nest and spider webs, leaves ect. are all over areas that we can't reach as tenants and since October that has not been done. The property managers and maintenance have ignored me, and Atrium management supervisors have ignored my request to speak with them. 2 elevators not working again. This time, so far, it’s been seven days that only one of the small elevators is working. Everybody, and that includes people moving in and out have around 30 minutes wait time to go up or down. It is affecting the lives of the residents.
Best decision I made. Meghan comes up with varies activities, crafts, entertainment, and more.
