Atrium apartments is the best, very clean and nice apartments and well run by property manager and staff. I had a great experience with Brenda so I am not understanding the bad reviews.
The apartment itself is nice. When I moved here 5 years ago they were brand new. But my God the management is terrible!!!! Glad that the old property manager Nancy is gone but Brenda who stepped into the property manager position needs to be gone too. She is just so rude! It’s almost unbelievable how nasty she is. There is never a time where she is nice to anyone. Literally almost every other resident here that I’ve talked to have had a bad interaction with her and no one can stand her.
