I love living at Emerson Apartments! There are so many good features such as nicer than usual appliances included and that also includes a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and best of all a washer and dryer right in your apartment, no having to go to another area or to even worse, a laundry mat. Then there is the safety feature...it is a secured building and no one is allowed in unless the person they are visiting lets them in. That means so much to me. The site manager needs to be around more the hours of operation ate a joke. She will give you 45 min notice and enter your apt even when you say no not to enter . You can smell pot in the hallways. And the workout room is a joke. The basketball court is full of mold from the leaking roof. Watch out for the electric on the way to the gym it maybe live. The pats are overpriced for a noeborhood that is going bad. The pats look good but the appliances are horrible we had a new refrigerator and the ice maker went out 3 times. Why... read more
