by reading the reviews i would not even consider this place if all these people of color are treated that way i would not support that...If after reading these reviews and the owners keep this manager ,then that speaks volumes!!!!!
It's actually not the worst... It has a pool inside the closed off apartment building. It's designed like a fort so it will stop people who don't live there from riding thru the parking lot or looking at where people are coming and going from. But it's on the lower income side maybe for someone who isn't looking for longer term. But if you are definitely won't break the bank being close to the city. But they have one bedrooms for the Single renter or two bedrooms if you looking for a roommate. I'd would like to say kids here... read more

It's not called the atrium anymore. New owners have taken over n are making changes for the better.The pool is not open & definitely needs cleaning. Like I said new owners took over so I'm guessing it work in progress..It is very quiet n others keep to themselves. At the moment there is no office on site..I went through a leasing agent to get my apartment..everything was redone( mostly) but as I settled in I found different things needed repairs. Like the a/c!..but the maintenance team is very good about getting to you asap!
My partner and I took a look at one of y’all beautiful apts at Atrium Saturday at 2:15. When we arrived she didn’t even know she scheduled us for that day. So we was outside for 15 minutes waiting. She showed us the apartment and we love it. And she told us we had to make 3 times the rent which we do and hand us an application. So now it’s Tuesday, I called to let her know we was coming to drop the application off and money order.
