Absolutely horrible service in 2025! I've tried for MONTHS to resolve an issue with my premium auto pay to no avail. I've been on the phone over and over and no one will sort THEIR billing problem out. I'm glad it's open enrollment as I'm shopping for an alternative.
Atrio website ie member portal is a nonfunctional pos. All I want is to pay the monthly premium and it's not possible.
I’m now a year with Atrio so far it’s been good for me at first I didn’t really understand it but I got it I think lol I think they been real helpful I’m happy with them
I have never had a problem redoing Atrio health insurance up UNTIL until this year. I called the number on tv to get an office appointment to continue atrio into this upcoming year and have had people hang up on me. I have a book and understand some things have changed. I understand better when I am talking directly with a person so I can immediately ask questions to make sure I've got it right and have the right coverage.
