I chose to stay at Atrio Apartments for seven consecutive nights in order to save time changing hotels. Luckily, Atrio Apartments fully met my expectations and needs. It’s just a 10 minutes walk from Fortitude valley station. Check in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you actively provided the receipt and reasonable cost which we negotiate and reach a concesus, we would pay for the reasonable cost. But you arbitrarily deduct the deposit without any notification and negotiation. Resident Manager only replied me that The guest registration form states charges will apply for additional cleaning, which was signed by me upon check in. I asked for the scan of the signed document and receipts of 100AUD cleaning fee, but Atrio apartment didn't reply me from 07/15/2025 to now.

Decent rooms, decent price. Worth a stay if you want something functional and value for money
