For the price you pay, it's unbelievable how nice these apartments are. Of course I'm unsure how every single one looks but the room i was assigned was fantastic. 1 bedroom apartment with a terrace that wrapped around the entire apartment. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The only things I can comment on is the room only has a fan, the aircon is located in the loungeroom which gets very cold, but unfortunately even with all doors closed up and just the bedroom door open the cold air just doesn't seem to make its way t... read more

Had a great stay with our hotel here - good location beside city, good front desk service at Miro beside, spacious rooms for 5 of us (+1 bed add on for $35/night). Also note it's in the clubbing area so you'll see queues on Friday night.

Recently booked this apartment due to the high star rating unfortunately I was left, extremely disappointed. After walking in, I was immediately greeted with personal protein stained couch, pubic hairs on bathroom floor, broken tap in bathroom, overall general mess on the floor (most definitely had not been vacuumed) as well as multiple broken things such as tiles, the couch arm, holes in the wall etc. After emailing and requesting a refund they were unhelpful and was left disappointed with poor customer service.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, we had a great time staying at Atrio apartments. The staff next door where you check in are very friendly and the apartment itself was huge. Dishwasher, fridge, oven (which was really gross, we wouldn’t have used it), microwave, kettle etc- it’s all there. Regarding the cleanliness of the apartment: we didn’t think it was too bad but the bathroom wall has mold on it and a few things in the kitchen were really dirty (pots and pans- thank god we brought our own). Clean and tidy accommodation within walking distance of much the city has to offer - we stay here regularly because it is consistently easy, reasonably priced, and the staff are well organised.
