Whilst the accommodation was nice, they charged me for parking which i did not use, i arrived after 7pm and left before 7am so parked in the on street parking directly over the street which was free between those hours, when querying the receptionist, she said as i wrote my license plate on the pre-registration form which i completed the day before check in, that i would not be refunded, even though i didn't use, it, she hung up on me and was very rude!!

I did booking today around 8 am have to pay before arrival after that 1 min reception texted me. My card declined can’t take money right now. Of course because commonwealth bank app under maintenance not finish yet . I told her can you wait because check in 3 pm we still have time for commonwealth finish update. Because I can’t transfer money to my card right now. She told me don’t care she want to take money from my card now. After that 2 mins she canceled my booking.

I chose to stay at Atrio Apartments for seven consecutive nights in order to save time changing hotels. Luckily, Atrio Apartments fully met my expectations and needs. It’s just a 10 minutes walk from Fortitude valley station. Check in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I stayed on the fifth floor, with a beautiful city view from the balcony. The apartment was spotless. If you actively provided the receipt and reasonable cost which we negotiate and reach a concesus, we would pay for the reasonable cost. But you arbitrarily deduct the deposit without any notification and negotiation. Resident Manager only replied me that The guest registration form states charges will apply for additional cleaning, which was signed by me upon check in. I asked for the scan of the signed document and receipts of 100AUD cleaning fee, but Atrio apartment didn't reply me from 07/15/2025 to now.
