Does anyone now how to sued this people... the office in Los lunas just shut down without any care for there patients,,, they didn't give a notice of maybe closing there doors.. nothing.. now iam with out a medical doctor. .by the way I've been seeing for 12 plus years.. this can't go unchecked..

I had a member advocate set me up an appointment for a referral to a neurologist and explained to them the necessity of getting me in. They scheduled the appointment for a 30 minute slot at 4:00 pm and advised I arrive at 3:45 to fill out paperwork. I have to get a ride from superior ride and show up at 3:20. My ride will come at 4:40 to take me back home to Albuquerque. This was at the Rio Rancho location, they didn't put me in a room till 4:40 and said there was still 3 patients ahead of me. As someone who spent their last $600 on an appointment and lab work for this company, I can' not stress enough how hurtful it was to find out that no matter how much I paid for an ultrasound, NO ONE would tell me my results without me making another appointment costing $135. THis is what is wrong with healthcare in America. Knowledge is power and you have to pay for the priviilege. Thanks for nothing.
