My husband and I reside at Atria ValleyView in Walnut Creek and I am posting this due to the way the Executive Director, Monique Bindra, treated us during our dealing with the issue of leaking /dripping noises between the walls in our bedroom for the past week that has yet to be resolved (plumber expected to come today). Just reading these other reviews and how they are answered with "mock concern" from an anonymous bot mirrors the absolutely horrible experience my elderly relative has had at an Atria facility. Complaints about the quality of the food are ignored. The food is bologna sandwiches on white bread every night. The employees are hired and fired continuously. There is no accountability from corporate overlords, owned by their hedge fund, swimming in profits. They hide, and when you try to reach them no one calls you back.

We are neighbors to ATria and in spite of several attempts requesting to change their evening (7 to 9:30pm) extemely noisy carpet cleaning imposed on a condo community (5 different HOA's) to daytime when the noise dissipates with day traffic, they do not seem to take into consideration or respect a "good neighbor policy". Potential residents: We would not recommend this place- it has a low rating anyway for other reasons.
