My mom has been at The Monarch for over a year. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and getting the care she needs. I am very thankful for everyone at The Monarch that cares for her.
I moved my family member to the Monarch at Richardson in June 2025, it’s been an excellent decision. The directors are very knowledgeable and involved, staff are kind and compassionate about residents. I’m incredibly satisfied with care and attention to my families needs. I recommend the Monarch if you are looking for a smaller community and excellent attention to details.
The caretakers are gems! They take great care of me. I don’t have to lock my door at night- I feel safe and it’s quiet.
When parents were ready in 2021, we selected the Monarch for their Assisted Living residence. Our decision was based on range of services, staff expertise and longevity, available AL accommodation and Memory Care (mom had dementia), and their COVID response. The last reason was critical because they moved in while the area was still experiencing outbreaks of COVID.
