The majority of the Memory care staff are not helpful and not nice. When a resident needs something it seems like a burden. The floors in the private rooms are supposed to be cleaned once a week and they are not. The garbage is supposed to be taken out daily but I've visited 3 days later and the same garbage was there. I have talked to the staff about these issues repeatedly and nothing is done. The regional director took pictures of the neglected room I complained about and still nothing was done. I visit often. The time to talk was when it was happening. No one was interested or contacted me personally. Frankly the rote reply to a public post, further putting the onus on me to contact you, is exactly the type of poor management and lack of caring I have already experienced. I would think you would have at least been interested in review protocols to avoid a situation like this in the future for your other residents. I guess not.
