I no longer recommend Atria Park of Ann Arbor for a number of reasons. I have since moved my Mother to another assisted living community where she is now THRIVING again. During COVID19 when they would not let us visit my Mother, and they kept all residents sequestered in their rooms, they began increasing charges (By $1000 A MONTH!) because my Mother, who is on hospice and has dementia and Alzheimer’s, became severely depressed and confused on why she was not allowed out of her room. RecommendedMy mother has been a resident of Atria Park of Ann Arbor for about 20 months. I have written a review previously. My mom is content, happy and safe. She has enjoyed all the activities and her new friends. The staff are kind, professional, loving and engaged with the residents. The Director, Activities Director, and caregivers go above and beyond what would normally be expected. My mother died the first part of November and I have still been billed for December. Atria took her money from her account. I keep getting invitations to holiday parties and activities there
Professional, compassionate caregivers in a great facility. Excellent communication with my family. The wonderful staff really makes Atria of Ann Arbor stand out from the top down. Their director of nursing is excellent! Highly recommend Atria of Ann Arbor. They treated my parents like their parents at all levels.
Awesome place. Employees are so nice not only to me but to my mom.
