Our mom had been a resident at Enclave of Newell Creek in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Mentor, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. The staff is friendly, caring, and professional, and they truly took great care of our mom. We were so happy to find such a wonderful, safe, and clean place for her. Going through the reviews, isn’t it a little biased to have management review and rate, isn’t Ms. Carlo the DON of your facility? I see other management in the reviews as well.
Don't be fooled by the facade! If your loved one is in Memory Care, they are ignored. The brochure tells you a wonderful story, but the management can't deliver. i thought that the most expensive place meant the best care. I was very wrong. I have met 3 times with management in the 4 months she has been there and they can't seem to keep my very mobile mother clean and happy. This senior living community is top notch! Everyone works hard to ensure that the residents are well taken care of. Everything is always very clean and well kept, and the staff display their hearts of compassion in the work they provide every day with everyone working as a team! Would recommend this community for anyone looking for senior living.
