My uncle has been at Manresa for close to 7 months now. And for 7 months we have been getting excuses, apologies and lies the entire time. And I know how this works. This "bad reveiw" will be taken down immediately but I can only hope someone will read this and keep their loved ones away! It's not just one issue, it's just far too many to list!! Shame on those who take advantage our seniors!!
This place is the worst, DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. They do not care. They are understaffed, the place is run down, mold everywhere, the smell of feces is horrible. They have run out of food, the food given is bare minimum ,the waters been shut off twice. They have a couple employees that seemed to care but don't last long bc they are disgusted of the conditions themselves. Google allows businesses to delete bad reviews. Trouble Trouble place Just know they don't care about the residents they don't do enough for them. Lack training communication horrible under staffing etc. Wish I could rate it a 0. All these reviews are lies and so out dated.
