Awesome community! Staff is great and residents are happy and active.
Wow, the location of this facility is breathtaking. And the nursing staff and support staff are wonderful. The director however is woefully inept and unorganized. We have been given the runaround for over 4 months following a fire that displaced my mother from her original unit. Despite 4 confirmations this week that they moved her back into her unit we arrived today to put the finishing touches and get my mom totally settled in. We found the room has not been cleaned. Manresa is very clean, they are very helpful, residents are happy. I can't say anything against them.
My friend is staying here and the people are very friendly and he is very happy!
