My family got ghosted by the sales team in our time of need.
Manresa is very clean, they are very helpful, residents are happy. I can't say anything against them.
My friend is staying here and the people are very friendly and he is very happy!
Wow, the location of this facility is breathtaking. And the nursing staff and support staff are wonderful. The director however is woefully inept and unorganized. We have been given the runaround for over for months following a fire that displaced my mother from her original unit. Despite four confirmations this week that they moved her back into her unit we arrived today to put the finishing touches and get my mom totally settled in. We found the room has not been cleaned. My uncle has been at Manresa for close to 7 months now. And for 7 months we have been getting excuses, apologies and lies the entire time. And I know how this works. This "bad reveiw" will be taken down immediately but I can only hope someone will read this and keep their loved ones away! It's not just one issue, it's just far too many to list!! Shame on those who take advantage our seniors!!
