With new management in, this place is terrible!!! There’s people stealing medications from residents, stealing items and money from residents, and hitting residents. 0 Stars is the really rating I would give it here. Don’t believe Kasie and all her tactics, she paints a very nice picture but never follows through on anything. She’s not fit to run this place and fires employees who put there everything into their work but keeps one of her most trusted leads who steals pain medication from the residents. Elevator is FREQUENTLY broken stranding residence in the S 3rd floor stranded. Food is good some of the time, cold and tasteless when the main chef is not there. Residents have complained about jewelry and cash stolen.
