This place is great at taking care of our loved ones.. however my father has been here 3yrs and every year they raise the rent by over 10% for a studio independent living. Reason i gave it a 4 stars
One of the best facilities we toured in the South Bay. Staff and residents are all so welcoming and made my mom’s transition to assisted living a great experience.
I'm grateful to Rachel and the rest of the Atria team for working with me to quickly place both my parents in memory care and ensuring a smooth transition. I appreciate Atria's staff as they assist my parents with their needs at their new "home". Atria has great activities and events that my parents enjoy, and I love receiving pictures of them at these events!
The staff at Atria Evergreen Valley are so warm and friendly. Rachel from sales was so helpful and considerate when explaining room options and the application process to us. She really made my mother, my sisters and I feel at ease with this very difficult move. JR from maintenance patiently listened to our requests for my mother’s new room and addressed all of them immediately.
