Karolina was such a kind and supporting person to work with while I explored options for my dad's care! It can be overwhelming trying to place a parent in assisted living, but Karolina's caring and informed support from my very first encounter, through numerous phone calls, and ultimate decision made the experience so much better. Atria Evergreen Valley has been accommodating and welcoming to my cousin since her arrival in mid-January. She is very happy with the new friends she's made, the activities, and the food, and thanks us often for choosing the perfect place for her!
The cleanliness of the facility. The staffs are very helpful, especially Audrey. I feel very welcome when I am there.
Karolina at Atria Assisted Living went far beyond what we expected. She took the time to guide us, answer our questions, and support our family during this stressful period. Her compassion, patience, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Even though our dad was ultimately not accepted into their memory care unit, we are very thankful for everything Karolina did for us, and because of the way she treated our family, we wholeheartedly recommend this place.
