Lucky to have been a part of it all! As a former employee of Atria Campana Del Rio I would like to input my experience with the company. It's been 4 months since I left reluctantly due to a relocation. I wish I could have picked up the whole building with everyone inside and just taken it with me. Never have I worked somewhere where the staff has cared so deeply for it's clients, I use the term clients loosly as they really view the residents as part of their own family. Great community This is a wonderful facility staffed by very caring people, with low staff turn-over. The lovely surroundings, very good food and entertainment opportunities make for a great environment that helps result in a warm, supportive community. My mother is very happy there, which has reduced the stress on our family and allowed us to enjoy our time with her and not worry about when we are not with her. I highly recommend Atria Campana Del Rio.
going downhill quickly I think the reviewer Barbara is thinking of someplace else - a room with a small TV and VCR doesn't constitute a movie theatre. This is a large facility on the north side of Tucson. Used to be very nice, but has gone downhill significantly in recent years. There used to be beautiful grass and flowers, now everything has died due to neglect.This last week, there was a call for residents to volunteer to help water plants. It used to be that there were sufficient staff and now work orders sometimes take m... read more
Assisted Living This retirement & Assisted Living complex is HUGE... out is country on 5 acres... with apartments and town houses.... the facility has movie theatre.... chapel... huge library... they also have secured area for those with memory loss.... their staff here are awesome... so friendly and warm.... makes you feel at home...
