My Father lived in the independent living apartments at Ridgecrest. He felt comfortable and at home from day one. I can't single anyone out because the entire group that works at Ridgecrest is a fantastic caring group . Everything you want when you are considering a place at every transition point for your loved one. My wife has been a resident of Ridgecrest for the past 18 months. When it was recently sold, I was anxious to see the changes that would ensue with the new owners. So far, I am pleased with the results. It has hired a nurse to primarily serve the Memory care unit, so I am more comfortable with the additional medical "eyes" on her. The newer staff are more care oriented than social oriented, which has increased the level of attention to her dietary and housekeeping needs.
