Can't seem to provide a snow clearing contractor/ landscaper with consistent service. Requires a lot of "encouragement" to make things happen that we homeowners should never be involved with. We pay for these services through automatic deductions from our bank accounts. Would be great to get "automatic services" from the providers we pay.
I must say Milena Grossi is the property manager we all need. Empathetic and understanding, with the appropriate sense of urgency when handling resident concerns. I had quite a scare before Christmas, and thanks to her attention and care in the matter, it was rectified in a more timely manner than I was originally expecting. More than anything, she's "real". Real talk, real honesty, real results. I'm happy that she is a part of my team at home.
