As a condo owner and board memeber, I always find Atrens a trustworthy insurance broker not only with competitive pricing but also a professional, knowledgeable and competent team providing valuable and honest insurance advice. Highly recommended
I have moved on. Why? As my many years of loyalty increased, the quality of service declined. And then the dismissiveness began, then the abruptness. [They were 'mailing it in'.] Once I'd had enough, I went in search of alternatives. My rates dropped DRAMATICALLY and I was treated like a Customer again. Remember folks, 'Service' can mean Customer Service, or the insemination of farm animals. I know which I prefer. Do yourself a favour: steer a wide berth.
