Called Alex’s team after a bad clog in our kitchen sink. Charlie came by and was fantastic, snaked the drain and explained everything clearly. It’s nice to have a reliable local plumber in the GTA. Good price and great service!
I needed my old toilet replaced and wasn’t sure who to call. A friend recommended Alex, local in the GTA, and I’m glad I listened. He and his team showed up right on time, brought everything they needed, and replaced the toilet. Clean, efficient, and excellent communication the whole time. Very good price for such professional work. Will call them again if I ever need plumbing help.
We had a dishwasher water supply valve leak that we had to urgently fix as we were going on a vacation the next day. Alex picked up on a late night email, made contact morning first thing, made an assessment based on photos provided and came later on in the day completely prepared, and did a great work. As a bonus, he left me a tip on how to deal with a plastic pipe that I had to attach to a dishwasher valve, which we fixed ourselves (as a separate issue that triggered Alex's work).
