I contacted Alex in the evening from Atre Drain and Plumbing as the valve to the water heater is leaking. Alex is very prompt in returning calls, I sent him pictures of the leaking valve and ask is he able to come in the morning to fix the leaky valve. He arrives at 8:30ish and started working on replacing the valve. The work was excellent, professional and efficient. He also very patiently answered all my questions and provided advice on the steps I should take as I cannot locate the outside valve to my unit over the Summer... read more
