I’ve been coming to this ocean view office for the last two years for to their walk in and became a patient for their pcp. Their pcp left, and they have no one to replace them, it’s awful. Well instead of letting me have a telehealth call with a different doctor because the Rehoboth office is 40 mins away I was told either come to Rehoboth or find a new pcp. Makes me sad that the patient isn’t the priority. I’ll be taking my family else where.
Would only go there if you want your diagnosis done on a laptop. They don’t make eye contact, just hear you, type on laptop then send you home after laptop tells them what is wrong with you.
My wife went to the Altracare in Bethany Beach, De. The facility is wonderful and modern. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Dr. Lindsay Albanese was terrific and was extremely professional. My wife was extremely unwell while on vacation and the doctor’s diagnosis was so accurate that she felt better rather quickly. I would highly recommend this facility. And Thank You Dr. Lindsay Albanese for your excellent care of my Wife and saving our vacation!
Atracare in Ocean View, DE is amazing. My husband and I have used them for Urgent Care many times, and are always pleased with the service we receive. When we realized they had a Primary Care, we started using that too. Dr. Lenai Austin is so knowledgeable, extremely thorough, patient, listens well, and does not rush you. I took my Son here while we were at the beach. He was complaining of an earache and PA Chase Sergeant did an exceptional job. Diagnosing and treating his problem I would definitely recommend their services
