I am an RN and live in NYS, I was recently vacationing and needed medical attention. I went to your walk in clinic in Ocean View, Delaware. I made an appointment on line and I arrived there at 6:40PM. I was seen promptly and i received exceptional care, I was very impressed. I got a serious gash on my leg and went here because they advertises that they are open until 8pm.Arrived at 7:30 with two people in the waiting room but was told they were exhausted and would not treat me.Pathetic business management. Beware.
I had a frustrating experience here. When I came in the receptionist who helped me barely spoke to me and wouldn't look me in the eye... Then as I sat in the waiting area another receptionist joined her and the two of them talked crap on their other coworker and spilled all of her business right in front of me.
