Lenai is amazing. She listens and is very thorough. She is such a welcome addition to any medical staff.
It’s hard to find medical providers as personable and caring as Lenai Austin. I’m sorry to see her leave Atracare. She is exceptionally thorough and takes the time to ask thoughtful questions and explain everything clearly, which made me feel heard and supported. I recommended her to friends as well, and they shared the same excellent experience. She will be missed!!
Very personable, thorough and understanding. I am really glad I was referred to her. She listened to every question and explained things in a way my father and I understand. We have had issues with coordinating care and referrals but she took the stress and anxiety away and handled everything. Best PCP we've had!!
Dr. Austin is one of the most thorough healthcare professionals I’ve been to in a very long time. Her bedside manner is second to none. I feel well cared for, seen and heard as her patient. Her follow through with referrals to specialist Is something most people cannot even image their PCP taking on. As a fairly new resident coming from well known health facilities, I was a very nervous when looking for a new PCP. I recommend this gem of a PCP/ Gerontologist to those of you who are serious about their health🦋
