I brought my car into ATR Clayton, WI for an electronic window motor repair. I was not given a written repair order with an estimate in accordance to Wisconsin law ATCP 132.03. Repairs were done on the same day while I assumed I was waiting for this repair order estimate. This is predatory behavior When I complained, the $495 price was lowered but not to the original verbal quote given. ATR was able to squeeze me in around the holiday they were very transparent about what my truck needed, but did not pressure me into fixing absolutely everything they were able to get my truck safe & on the road! Honest efficient and quality work thanks guys!
These guys are great. Their customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a tire on my travel trailer snapping the lug nuts and flying off while driving down the road. This trailer was just at the dealer I purchased it from to have the wheel bearings repacked. Turns out the dealer didn't torque the lug nuts correctly and all the tires were loose.
